A great choice as a flip bait or a bigger jig trailer, the Xcite Baits Raptor Tail™ Jr. offers more size and vibration than its slightly smaller cousin the Raptor Tail™ Chunk. Its 4" size makes it very versatile, and its high floating action means it will always rise in a defensive position on the pause. Its specially designed claws give it a tremendous lifelike action, and each bait is infused with Xcite Attractant for added fish attraction. Available in 22 colors, the Xcite Raptor Tail™ Jr. offers a killer imitation of a bass’ favorite food. Comes 6 to a bag.

The Raptor Tail Jr. is the best crawfish on the market. There is not a more versatile bait with the action of the Raptor Tail Jr.. Fish it many differnt ways: Texas Rig, Jig Trailer, Punch it, Carolina - It All Works.

I am pleased so far in the action and supper happy that I found the color I was looking for (greenpumkin blue). I use them on my football jigs and plan on using them in other applications as well.

I use to swear by strike king's rage craw, but then I saw the light! I used a pack of these and I have never bought another pack of rage craws cause it would be pointless. This bait proves itself day after day for me. I've won tournaments using it as a jig trailer (flipping and football jigs), had amazing days in the spring Texas rigging it and flipping covers. I never thought the floating deal would make such a big difference but it does! The floating simply gives it a more aggressive posture and catches me more fish. I will tell anyone this is the best craw style bait available and if te argue throw them 2 or 3 cause I know it will prove it to them just like it has me.

This has become my go to bait for flipping and pitching. These things are tough, you can flip mats for days on one bag. Great choice for a jig trailer too.

Size of Raptor Jr seems perfect, and Sprayed Grass color out performs other colors on lakes in South Texas. Works well in water which is stained and thus has low visibility. Claw action is good which also seems to help fish locate bait in less than ideal conditions. Also good on Carolina rig because it floats above the weight.

It doesn't get any better than this floating craw. Texas rigged lets the tail come off the bottom allowing the fish to get a good bite on it. Once they bite they don't let go!
